Dog Lola was supposed to get a trim of her hair and nails and a teeth cleaning, but when the owner returned to pick her, the dog’s tail, ears, and eyebrows had all been dyed. The owner says her dog also came home with an infection.  

Retired Judge Mary Chrzanowski explains this incident could be a case of damaged property and if she had presided over the case she would award the owner damages.
