2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

¾ container cherry tomatoes, washed and cut in equal parts

½ container low-sodium vegetable stock

2 minced garlic cloves

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp dried basil

Freshly ground dark pepper to taste


1.For starters fry the onion and garlic in coconut oil over medium warmth for 1 minute.
2. Add the turmeric, cherry tomatoes. Cook until you can tell the tomatoes have softened.
3. After that add the basil, stock, canned tomatoes, and ACV. Wait until it starts to bubble on medium-high warmth after which you should put the lid on and let it cook on low warmth for 5 minutes.
4. Put everything in a blender to get a creamy mixture.
5. In the end just add in the salt and pepper.
